Our full tea range — Chinese, Japanese, and Tasmanian-blended, all loose-leaf. Joanne hand-picks each tea on her annual sourcing trips and brings them back to our Salamanca Tea Bar in Hobart.

What's in the collection

Six Chinese tea types: green (Dragon Well, Jasmine Dragon Pearls), white (Silver Needles, Aged White 2012), oolong (Big Red Robe, Dong Ding), black (Lapsang Souchong, Yunnan Dian Hong), and pu-erh (raw and ripe).

Japanese green teas: ceremonial matcha, gyokuro, sencha and hojicha powder, including Gyokuro from Uji and Wa no Sencha.

Tasmanian blends: our Tasmanian Lavender Puerh (Silver Medal at the 2025 Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards), Tasmanian Mint Green, Pinot Black Tea, and more.

Floral and citrus teas: Sweet Rose Dew, Freeze Dried Osmanthus, Aged Chen Pi, and blooming flower teas.
