At A Moment of Tea, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We accept returns for faulty or defective products only.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product if it is faulty or not up to standard
2. Email us at amomentofteatas@gmail.com with:
• Your order number as proof of purchase
• A photo of the item in question
3. We will process your return request within 3 days and arrange for a refund if applicable
RETURN PROCESS:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date
- We will provide return shipping label and instructions for approved returns
- We cover shipping costs for quality issues only
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
