Relaxing Tea

Some teas just make you slow down. Whether it's the gentle aroma of flowers, the soft sweetness of white tea, or the simple ritual of brewing a pot, these are the teas people reach for when the day has been a bit much.

Our floral teas are a good place to start. Osmanthus Flower Tea has a natural apricot-like sweetness and no caffeine at all. Sweet Rose Dew is similarly caffeine-free, with a delicate rose scent that one customer described as being ideal for an evening wind-down. Gardenia White Tea pairs white tea's mild body with gardenia blossoms for something floral but not overwhelming.

If you're open to trying something with more depth, the white teas in this collection are worth exploring. Silver Needles is as light as tea gets — barely there, in the best way. And our Tasmanian Lavender Puerh, which won gold at the 2025 Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards, combines Tasmanian lavender with smooth pu-erh. Customers have called it "a hug in a cup."

These teas work well as part of an evening routine. If you'd like to experience them with a bit of guidance, our Salamanca Tea Bar is open for tastings.
