Tea for Sleep & Calm

Looking for a tea you can drink in the evening with less caffeine? This collection brings together caffeine-free herbal and flower teas, plus lower-caffeine teas that many customers choose for a slower night-time cup.

Our most popular evening tea is the Tasmanian Lavender Puerh — Tasmanian lavender paired with ripe pu-erh, which is generally lower in caffeine than raw pu-erh or matcha. One customer told us it became their "night time staple" after discovering it on a trip to Tasmania.

For zero caffeine, Osmanthus Flower Tea and Sweet Rose Dew are both naturally caffeine-free herbal options. The osmanthus has a gentle sweetness to it, while the rose is lighter and more fragrant. Rose Mandarin White blends dried rose with white tea and mandarin peel, so it contains a small amount of caffeine from the white tea base.

If you're ever in Hobart, come to our Tea Bar at Salamanca Art Centre and taste a few to find your evening favourite.
