Tea for Sleep & Calm

5 products

Looking for a tea you can drink before bed without worrying about caffeine keeping you up? This is the collection for that. Every tea here is either completely caffeine-free or low enough in caffeine that it won't get in the way of sleep.

Our most popular bedtime tea is the Tasmanian Lavender Puerh — Tasmanian lavender paired with ripe pu-erh that's been fermented to the point where its caffeine content is quite low. One customer told us it's become their "night time staple" after discovering it on a trip to Tasmania. It's $7 to try, so there's not much to lose.

For zero caffeine, Osmanthus Flower Tea and Sweet Rose Dew are both naturally caffeine-free herbal options. The osmanthus has a gentle sweetness to it, while the rose is lighter and more fragrant. Rose Mandarin White blends dried rose with white tea and mandarin peel — technically it contains a small amount of caffeine from the white tea base, but most people find it doesn't affect their sleep.

If you're ever in Hobart, come to our Tea Bar at Salamanca Art Centre and taste a few to find your evening favourite.
