Brewing Instructions

Western brewing:

Use 2g of tea per 250ml teapot with 176°F (80°C) water. Steep for 3 minutes, allowing up to 2 infusions. Experience delight in the full-bodied floral and sweet notes.

Gongfu Brew Instructions:

Use 3g of tea per 150ml Gaiwan or teapot. Pre-warm the vessel. Brew with 194°F (90°C) water. Steep for 10 seconds for the first three infusions, adding 20 seconds from the fourth onwards. Enjoy 5-6 infusions. Explore the deep layers of flavour with each infusion.

Sweet Rose Tea is a Delight

This tea is just beautiful, the fermentation gives the sweet rose a depth that makes the tea really comforting. I was also sent a Lavender Pureh tea sampler which was unbelievable! Such incredible quality tea
