Brewing Instructions

Western brewing: 

0.5 piece (approx 0.5g) of tea per 400ml teapot. 90°c water (194°F). Waiting for 3 mins, up to 3 infusions.

Gongfu brewing

1 piece (approx 0.5g)of tea per 150ml teapot. Warm up the vessel first. Brew the tea with 90°c water (194°F), and wait 30 secs. Up to 6 infusions.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from light and moisture.
