What's included

Morning (medium caffeine)

  • Jasmine Dragon Pearls — Hand-rolled green tea scented with fresh jasmine. Delicate floral with a subtle strawberry note.
  • Osmanthus Green Tea — Fujian green tea layered with dried osmanthus flowers. Honey-apricot aroma, smooth finish.

Afternoon (low caffeine)

  • Gardenia White Tea — White tea with dried gardenia blossoms. Light-bodied, subtle floral.
  • Tasmanian Lavender Puerh — Menghai ripe pu-erh blended with Tasmanian lavender. Awarded at the 2025 Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards. Floral and calming.

Evening (caffeine-free)

  • Pure Chrysanthemum Blooming Flower — A hand-tied ball of dried chrysanthemum that unfurls in hot water. No tea leaves, caffeine-free.
  • Sweet Rose Dew — Whole rose petals. Honey-sweet floral, naturally caffeine-free.

If you love tea or even like it this is the place to experience tea and all it conveys in a beautiful, serene setting. While in Tasdie in January 2026 I had the pleasure of being able to visit my favourite tea shop. The experience did not disappoint. The service is exceptional and the tea. Well you will have to taste it yo believe it. A must if you want something to remember tassie.
