What's included

Morning (medium caffeine)

  • Jasmine Dragon Pearls — Hand-rolled green tea scented with fresh jasmine. Delicate floral with a subtle strawberry note.
  • Osmanthus Green Tea — Fujian green tea layered with dried osmanthus flowers. Honey-apricot aroma, smooth finish.

Afternoon (low caffeine)

  • Gardenia White Tea — White tea with dried gardenia blossoms. Light-bodied, subtle floral.
  • Tasmanian Lavender Puerh — Menghai ripe pu-erh blended with Tasmanian lavender. Awarded at the 2025 Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards. Floral and calming.

Evening (caffeine-free)

  • Pure Chrysanthemum Blooming Flower — A hand-tied ball of dried chrysanthemum. Break off a piece and the petals open in the pot. No tea leaves, caffeine-free.
  • Sweet Rose Dew — Whole rose petals. Honey-sweet floral, naturally caffeine-free.

My absolute favourite tea—so beautiful, with such complex and rich flavours. For the second infusion, I’ve begun to cold brew it over night in the fridge and that brings out a lot of the more floral notes- i highly recommend, to make the most of this tea!!
