Story of Dong Ding Oolong:
Dong Ding, meaning "Frozen Summit," is named after the mountain in Taiwan, where this tea was traditionally cultivated. Our collection of Dong Ding was picked and carefully made from Nantou country at an altitude of 700 meters. It has a rich history, dating back to the mid-19th century when a scholar brought tea plants from China's Wuyi Mountains to the region. The unique process of withering, oxidizing, rolling, and roasting the tea leaves gives it a delightful harmony of floral and creamy notes and a lingering, sweet aftertaste. The tea's production has since spread to other parts of Taiwan, but Dong Ding Oolong itself remains a cherished and revered tea.

Dong Ding Oolong is one of my go-to teas when working long hours in the clinic. It gives me a lovely little lift and brightens my mind so I can be a better practitioner. It has beautiful floral aromatic tones and such a clean finish. I love to drink this tea in my Gaiwan tea pots! Moment of Tea are the best!
A moment of tea is a great place to purchase delicious quality tea. I just adore their ding dong oolong.
It was my first Dong Ding oolong as I normally drink green tea a lot. But I have to say that it’s definitely beyond my expectation! Beautiful seaweed aroma with floral notes lingering aftertaste. I’m glad that I’ve bought the tea. Would recommend to people who are into light and refreshing style.

My favourite tea. Tastes like the tea I used to buy in China.

Aged White Tea 2012 (Lao Bai Cha)
My friend purchased this tea on a recent trip to Tasmania and had me try some. I purchased my own that very day. This tea is a hug in a cup. A tea for the soul. The lavender is not overpowring but is there enough to know it is a lavender tea. No matter how long you steep it for, it does not go bitter. My absolute favourite tea i have ever tried.
Tasmanian Huon Green Tea
Got this beautiful tea pot for my birthday - with soul, personality and brilliant functionality - I very much recommend this teapot! It’s a great size for 1 or 2 and the glass strainer works so well and is easy to clean. Not to mention, the customer service (according to my mum who bought it for me) has been extremely accomodating and the people extra kind. Thanks!!!
The rice accord in this has me obsessed - such a smooth, rich, and cozy experience! I haven't come across anything else like this is Hobart.
Every detail - from the tea itself to the packaging and shop - feels so intentional and thoughtfully crafted.
I'm sure all the other teas are just as lovely, can't wait to try them all!
I have not received my tea!!!!
I absolutely the Jasmine Dragon Pearls/ Buddhas Tears. I have a very sensitive tummy and often struggle to unwind after a long workday. With this amazing tea , it’s such so tasteful and light and ooh so refreshing and relaxing. I’ve tried so many different teas but this is my all time favourite.
This is probably one of my favourite teas, so delicious!
Good quality product but the container cover needs improvement., easily loose and not air tight .
I'd never thought to combine Puerh with lavender, but this makes for a very soothing flavour combination. The calming lavender and earthy puerh feels very 'Tasmanian'. I'm looking forward to trying more teas here.
