Brewing Instructions
This collection is perfect for Gongfu brew:
1. Use one tea ball per 150ml gaiwan or teapot.
2. Pre-warm the teaware by rinsing it with hot water.
3. Brew the tea using boiled water at a temperature of 90°C (194°F).
4. Allow the tea to steep for 30 seconds during the first infusion.
5. For the second infusion, let the tea steep for 15 seconds.
6. If additional infusions are desired, increase the steeping time by 10 seconds for each subsequent infusion.
7. Enjoy up to 9 infusions of your tea.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from light and moisture.
