Brewing Instructions

Western brewing: 

Use 2g of tea per 250ml teapot with 185°F (85°C) water. Steep for 3 minutes, allowing up to 2 infusions.


Gongfu brewing:

Use 4g of tea per 150ml Gaiwan or teapot. Pre-warm the vessel. Brew with 185°F (85°C) water. Steep for 20 seconds for the first three infusions, adding 20 seconds from the fourth onwards. Enjoy five infusions.
