I keep one of these at the Tea Bar and light incense before the first customers arrive. It's not about the scent being strong — it's more of a background note that signals "slow down." Wipe the petals clean with a damp cloth to remove ash residue. The ceramic is easy to maintain and won't absorb odours.

My absolute favourite tea—so beautiful, with such complex and rich flavours. For the second infusion, I’ve begun to cold brew it over night in the fridge and that brings out a lot of the more floral notes- i highly recommend, to make the most of this tea!!
