These are the teas our customers come back for. Some have been regulars since we opened the Tea Bar in 2020, others earned their spot through word of mouth and repeat orders from across Australia.
Jasmine Dragon Pearls (from $8) — Our most reviewed tea, with 20 reviews and counting. Hand-rolled green tea pearls scented with fresh jasmine that unfurl in your cup. One customer told us she tried it at Salamanca Market and re-ordered online as soon as she finished the tin.
Tasmanian Lavender Puerh (from $7) — Winner of the 2025 Royal Tasmanian Fine Food Awards. Joanne blends ripe puerh with locally grown Tasmanian lavender. The earthiness of the puerh and the floral lavender balance each other out, and it works well as an after-dinner wind-down tea.
Aged White Tea 2012 ($35) — Thirteen years of ageing have turned this Fuding white tea into something smooth and honey-sweet. One of our Google reviewers called it "the best white tea out there" — we'd say it's at least worth a try if you haven't experienced aged white tea before.
Sweet Rose Dew ($24) — Caffeine-free whole rosebuds. Gentle, fragrant, and a popular gift choice. Brews a pale pink cup that tastes as good as it looks.
Blooming Flower Tea (from $7) — Sewn tea balls that open into a flower arrangement in your glass teapot. People buy these as gifts more than anything, but they're an enjoyable brew too.
Aged Mandarin Peel / Chen Pi 2016 ($32) — Eight years of natural ageing. Brew it on its own for a warming citrus infusion, or add a piece to your puerh for extra depth. A quiet favourite among our more experienced tea drinkers.
Freeze Dried Osmanthus ($19) — Sweet, peachy, caffeine-free. Osmanthus flowers are used across Chinese cuisine, and this tea is a good introduction to floral teas for people who find rose or jasmine too strong.
