Tasmanian Mint Green Tea blends organic mint grown in Tasmania with organic green tea from Anhui, China. The mint is cool and clean, the green tea adds a light base, and the combination is refreshing — particularly good as a cold brew in warmer months.

How does it taste

Minty, cool, and sweet. The Tasmanian organic mint is clean and refreshing, while the green tea from Anhui adds a light, smooth base. The mint is the dominant flavour but does not overwhelm the tea character underneath.

Joanne's notes

We developed this blend because Tasmanian peppermint has a cleaner, more rounded mint flavour than what you typically find in tea bags. A few of our regulars at the Salamanca Tea Bar drink it iced in summer — just brew double strength and pour over ice or cold brew for over 2 hours.

For another Tasmanian blend, try our Tasmanian Huon Green Tea, or browse the Tasmanian tea collection.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from light and moisture.
