Origin: Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province, China

Year: Autumn Harvest, 2023

Ingredients: Pure loose tea leaves.

Storage: Store in an airtight, cool, dark place away from light and moisture.

No Artificial Flavors, Colors or Preservatives.

Brewing Instructions

Western brewing: 

Use 2.5g of tea per 250ml teapot with 203°F (95°C) water. Steep for 3 minutes, allowing up to 2 infusions.


Gongfu brewing:

Use 8g of tea per 150ml Gaiwan or teapot. Pre-warm the vessel. Brew with 203°F (95°C)  water. Steep for 10 seconds for the first three infusions, adding 20 seconds from the third onwards. Enjoy 5 infusions.

Storage

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place away from light and moisture.

My friend purchased this tea on a recent trip to Tasmania and had me try some. I purchased my own that very day. This tea is a hug in a cup. A tea for the soul. The lavender is not overpowring but is there enough to know it is a lavender tea. No matter how long you steep it for, it does not go bitter. My absolute favourite tea i have ever tried.

A teapot, my new best buddy

Got this beautiful tea pot for my birthday - with soul, personality and brilliant functionality - I very much recommend this teapot! It’s a great size for 1 or 2 and the glass strainer works so well and is easy to clean. Not to mention, the customer service (according to my mum who bought it for me) has been extremely accomodating and the people extra kind. Thanks!!!

The rice accord in this has me obsessed - such a smooth, rich, and cozy experience! I haven't come across anything else like this is Hobart.

Every detail - from the tea itself to the packaging and shop - feels so intentional and thoughtfully crafted.

I absolutely the Jasmine Dragon Pearls/ Buddhas Tears. I have a very sensitive tummy and often struggle to unwind after a long workday.With this amazing tea , it’s such so tasteful and light and ooh so refreshing and relaxing. I’ve tried so many different teas but this is my all time favourite.

Very soothing

I'd never thought to combine Puerh with lavender, but this makes for a very soothing flavour combination. The calming lavender and earthy puerh feels very 'Tasmanian'. I'm looking forward to trying more teas here.
