Ingredient: Tasmanian-grown dry lavender flowers, Compressed Puerh tea nuggets.

Storage: Store in an airtight, cool, dark place away from light and moisture.

Brewing Instructions

Western brewing: 

Use 1 tsp or 2.5g of tea per 250ml teapot with 194°F(90°C)water. Steep for 3minutes. Enjoy 2 infusions.
